Cancellation Policy

The cancellation and no show policy applies to Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy appointments.

You will get a reminder email/or text message and a phone call the day before your appointment, to decrease the chances of being charged.

Cancellation/Rescheduling of an Appointment

In order to be respectful of the practitioners at Health by Hamdon and other patients, please do us a huge favor and call our office promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice, so that your appointment time can be reallocated to someone else.

"No Show" Policy for Appointments

A “no show” is someone who fails to be present at the time (or any time after the same day) of a scheduled appointment, and has not notified the clinic via phone or email that they will not be coming in for their scheduled appointment.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to the appointment.

*In the event of an emergency and prior notice could not be given, there will be consideration given.*

Patients’ who “no show” or who fail to cancel with at least 24 hours notice, will result in the 50% fee of their appointment and will need to have it paid upon rescheduling.
